, is conducting psychedelic-religious celebrations in New York City and living in Millbrook, N.Y. at the center of the League for Spiritual Discovery, a religious organization which uses LSD and marihuana as sacraments. Charges of narcotics possession against him, and three others, following a raid on Millbrook in April, 1966, were dropped September 23, He still faces a 30—year Federal prison term for marijuana, which is being appealed.
